Nova utilizes an industry recognized color coding and identification system to help users identify the right bonded abrasive wheel for their application. there are also several key identifiers to look for on a nova wheel; RPM, wheel size, thickness, and arbor size to ensure the correct product is used.

The smaller the grit number , the coarser the granularity, the higher the grinding efficiency, but the grinding effect is rough

The larger the grit number ,the finer the granularity, the lower the polishing efficiency, but the polishing effect will be a bit smooth

Usage requirements:

1. Check the emery cloth wheel for no deformation, damp or falling off, and replace it if necessary

2. It is strictly forbidden to beat the emery cloth wheel during installation, keep the tightness moderate, and ensure that the Angle mill has a complete protective cover

3, please wear glasses, masks, gloves and other protective equipment or protective mask, and put on the apron

4. After installation, please idle for 1 minute in a position close to the ground where no one is present

5, in the grinding work, please keep the sand cloth wheel and the workpiece processing surface tilt Angle of 15 degrees to 30 degrees, do not hit with the workpiece and force too much

6. Do not exceed the rated revolution of emery cloth wheel

7. Keep it ventilated and dry during storage. Do not squeeze or absorb moisture.
