The installation and use of the grinding wheel follow the following process
1.The grinding wheel must be visually inspected before installation and use, depending on whether there are cracks or damage, and the sound of the grinding wheel should be crisp. The rotation test should be performed according to the GB / T2493 standard before use, otherwise the use is strictly prohibited. .
2.The speed of the spindle on the machine must be checked before installation, and must not exceed the working speed indicated on the grinding wheel.
3. Only the special nut wrench is allowed to fasten the grinding wheel, and it must be gradually tightened gradually and symmetrically on the opposite sides of the main shaft, and the nuts should be properly tightened. The use of supplementary fixtures or tapping tools is prohibited. Turn off the coolant to prevent the wheel from being unbalanced .
4.The cooperation between the wheel diameter and the wheel spindle and chuck should comply with the GB4674 standard.
5.The newly installed grinding wheel must be idled at the working speed with the protective cover at the following time: the grinding wheel with an outer diameter <400 mm is not less than 2 minutes, and the grinding wheel with an outer diameter ≥400 mm is not less than 5 minutes. The operator should not stand in front of the grinding wheel or in a tangential direction.
6. Grinding wheels that are not specifically used for face grinding (such as parallel grinding wheels) must not be ground with the grinding wheel end face, and grinding wheels that are not exclusively used for external grinding (such as bowl-shaped and cup-shaped grinding wheels) are also not allowed to be used in the outer circle of the grinding wheel Grind to prevent the grinding wheel from breaking.
7.When the grinding wheel is grinding the workpiece, it is forbidden to press the workpiece with the lever to increase the pressure on the grinding wheel.
8. For thin grinding wheels and squaring grinding wheels, if the force is too strong during cutting, the phenomenon of grinding wheel stalling and crushing the grinding wheel is prone to damage the grinding wheel. When cutting the workpiece, do not stack multiple workpieces to prevent accidents.
