[ Installation of Steel Wheel Brush for Polishing]

1. When loading and unloading steel wire wheels, the main engine power or air source must be cut off first.
2. The protective cover is firmly installed to prevent the spatter of broken metal onto the operator or others.
3, put the CAM flange on the power shaft into the steel wheel with a special tool to tighten the nut, and pay attention to the CAM flange toward the steel wheel, and nut tightening direction.

1. Please use the specified safety cover and wear safety mask and protective gloves.
2.Check the main machine (pneumatic, electric) solid, portable polishing machine and the supporting use of the steel wheel model is consistent.
3. Please use it within the range of linear speed of safety factor allowed by steel wire wheel.
4. In the new installation of steel wire wheel, should empty spin for 3minutes in order to clean the product peripheral residual shredded wire.
5.In the use of force can not hit, and maintain a long service life to avoid the occurrence of danger.
