[ Installation of steel wire wheel ]

1. When loading and unloading steel wire wheels, the main engine power or air source must be cut off first.
2. The protective cover is firmly installed to prevent the spatter of broken metal onto the operator or others.
3, put the CAM flange on the power shaft into the steel wheel with a special tool to tighten the nut, and pay attention to the CAM flange toward the steel wheel, and nut tightening direction.

2. the heavier the weight, the more dense steel wire, the thicker, the more durable.
3. the steel wheel grinding process will be slightly out of the wire
4. There will be an error of plus or minus 5% in the weight of the object shooting

· -For Brass wire cup brush, the thickness is 0.3mm;

· -You could check the specification table as above.

· -Yes, we do,  Will need MOQ 100ctns for 2.5" and 3";125 ctns for 4" , 5", 6"  ;
