1: In NOVA. the fixed archive file for each product model and customer order is kept in our technical department .

2: Befor production , we will check these fixed archive file to confirme all the technical detail.

including the products formulation,product grit, product hardness, grinding performance , and so on;

3: After getting these technical record , our technical will make the detail production art to our production department to manufacture .

4: Before manufacturing , our technical engineer and workshop inspector will inspect the first line products through the  boundary dimension testing , equilibrium character testing, circular degree testing , axial runout tolerance testing , Max. rotate speed testing , cutting and grinding performance test on steel bar. If all the testing item got the approval , production line will start to manufacturing bulk goods.
